We do not do refunds. We do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your product

If there is something that you are not quite satisfied about, please contact us (customer_service@thesingaporeslang.com) within 7 days after you have received the product. We will work things out from there.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you require a size exchange, email us within 7 days after you have received your item.
